Description
The HBCU/MSI Transportation Scholarship is available to full - time undergraduate and graduate students who reside and attend school in North Carolina. You must have completed at least 24 credit hours at an HBCU or minority serving institution (MSI), have a minimum GPA of 2.5, and be pursuing a degree in a transportation - related field to be eligible for this award.
