The Ivory Moore Community College Scholarship is available to full - time African - American students who are enrolled in a two-year postsecondary institution or a vocational/trade program. You must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and be recommended by a faculty member or university administrator to qualify for this award. A 500 - word essay is also required.
