Description
The Utah State Promise Scholarship is available to entering freshman students at Utah State University who are residents of Utah and demonstrate financial need by being Pell Grant eligible. This is a “last dollar” scholarship, meaning that it is applied to your remaining tuition and student body fees after all other aid is applied to a recipient's account.
