Dr. William W.L. "Bill" Taylor Memorial Scholarship

Description

The Dr. William W.L. "Bill" Taylor Memorial Scholarship Competition is available to students attending or planning to attend a Washington DC Metropolitan-area university or college. You must also be a U.S. citizen and demonstrate academic achievement through your GPA. You must be registered for full-time study as a student in good standing in your high school, college or university. In addition, you must demonstrate your participation in a Very Low Frequency (VLF) research project, leadership abilities, and your motivation as a physical science student to be eligible for this award.
