Description
The Merit Award is open to incoming freshman students at the University of Oklahoma. To be eligible for this renewable award, you must be a non-resident and have a minimum GPA of 3.5 combined with a minimum 24 ACT or 1160 SAT score (or rank in the top 10 percent of your graduating class).
