Description
The Stephen T. Kugle Scholarship is open to juniors and seniors majoring in mechanical engineering or mechanical engineering technology. You must be an American Society of Mechanical Engineers student member, and be enrolled in a public college in the ASME Region X to be considered for this award. You must also be born in the United States and have a minimum "B" grade average to qualify for this award. Students at the University of Texas, Arlington are not qualified for this award.
