Description

The James Edgar Owens Jr. Scholarship for Future Educators is open to high school seniors who are planning to enroll in an accredited post-secondary college or university. You must be planning to puruse a degree education and/or school counseling, have a minimum 3.0 GPA or higher, have demonstrated community involvement and submit and essay on the topic provided by the sponsor in order to be eligible for this award.
