Description

The Bill and Mary Conner Scholarship fund is open to graduating seniors at Penn Hills High School. You must have a minimum 3.0 GPA, demonstrate financial need and plan to attend an accredited vocational or technical trade school OR 2-or 4-year college or university in Allegheny County in order to be eligible for this award.
