Merle Evanchyk Epilepsy Scholarship

Description

The Merle Evanchyk Epilepsy Scholarship is open to high school seniors high school graduates, undergraduate and graduate students residing or attending school in Central Florida. You must have received a diagnosis of epilepsy or that of an immediate family member confirmed by a physician statement, submit a 500 word essay on the topic provided by the sponsor and submit a minimum of two letters of recommendation by non family members in order to be eligible for this award.
