Description
The Starlight Scholarship Fund for Girls is open to female high school seniors and undergraduate students. You must be a first generation immigrant, have a 2.5 GPA or higher, have a household income of $100,000 or less and be attending or planning to attend a college or university in the states of Washington, DC, Maryland or Virginia in order to be eligible for this award. Priority is given to residents of the greater Washington, DC.
