The Retna Inez Blackman Memorial Scholarship is open to undergraduate and graduate students at Indiana University. You must be majoring in the field of information technology, including those in the School of Informatics, COAS Department of Computer Science, Kelley School of Business Computer Information Systems, School of Library and Information Science or any other department or school that is appropriate. You must also be from Washington County, Indiana to qualify for this award.
