The Ithaca-New York State Higher Education Opportunity Program Grant is open to incoming freshmen at Ithaca College. You must be accepted to the College under New York State HEOP program guidelines. Your academic records and family income levels must fit criteria set by New York State and you must demonstrate financial need to be eligible for this award.
