Description

The Paul and Helen Buck Waggoner Foundation Scholarship is available to full-time students at West Texas A&M University. You must be a graduate of Northside High School and a resident of Wilbarger County, Texas. Also, you must have completed at least 45 hours of college credit, 50 hours of community service and have a minimum 2.5 GPA to be eligible for this renewable award.
