Description
The VASWCD Educational Foundation Scholarship is available to high school seniors and full - time college freshmen residing in Virginia who are pursuing a degree in a technical field with an emphasis on natural resource conservation and environmental protection. You must rank in the top 20 percent of your graduating class or have a minimum 3.0 GPA to be eligible for this award.
