Description

The Ruth Messmer Memorial Scholarship is open to female seniors graduating from high schools in Lee, Charlotte, Glades, Hendry, and Collier counties. You must have a minimum "B" average and be planning to pursue a business career in college to be eligible for this award. You must also have participated in community service and leadership activities.
