The Norman Brown Diversity and Leadership Program is available to incoming students at Indiana University Purdue University, Indianapolis. You must be from a racial or ethnic population that has been historically under-represented in institutions of higher education in Indiana or a student enrolled in a discipline in which your race, ethnicity, or gender have been under-represented.
