The William and Mary Ann Starr Women's Athletic Scholarship is available to full- time students at Edinboro University of Pennsylvania. You must be a member of the women's basketball or cross country/ track teams and be a resident of the Mars Area School District, including the borough of Mars, Valencia, Adams Township and Middlesex Township, Pennsylvania to be eligible for this award.
