The Russell N. and Clarice H. Stemen Scholarship is available to students who have been members of Calvary United Methodist Church or the Bremen Bethel Presbyterian Church for the past three years preceding senior year in high school. Selection is based on hard work, scholastic achievement, Christian moral values and love of family and country.
