The Rochester Institute of Technology National Merit Scholarship is open to entering freshmen at the Rochester Institute of Technology. To be considered for this award, you must be a semifinalist or finalist in the National Merit Scholarship Program, National Achievement Scholarship Program or the National Hispanic Scholars Program.
