The Walter L. Shelly Political Science Scholarship is available to students majoring in political science at West Texas A&M University. You must have at least a 3.5 GPA while enrolled for a minimum of 15 credits per semester. You must have a special interest in Texas government or political theory and be planning a career in government, law or teaching of government. You must be from the Texas or Oklahoma Panhandle to qualify for this award.
