Description
The Lieber Scholarship is open to graduating high school seniors who will attend the University of South Carolina and who took the PSAT during their junior year. You must be accepted by the University, designated a National Merit Finalist, National Achievement Finalist or National Hispanic Recognition and have listed the University as your first choice school to be eligible for this renewable award.
