The General George Catlett Marshall Scholarship is open to full- time students attending Pennsylvania State University, Fayette. You must be a dependent child or grandchild of a veteran who is a member of AMVETS Post 103, or a dependent child or grandchild of a veteran who lives in Fayette County.
