The Naomi Evangeline Dietrich Long Scholarship is open to freshman students at Kutztown University who are studying elementary education with a music concentration. You must show leadership potential, involvement in performing arts (music), character, responsibility, dependability, enthusiasm for teaching, performance in elementary education courses, attitude toward profession, contribution to elementary education program in general, and serious financial need to be eligible for this award.
