Description

The Charles and Martha Montgomery Scholarship is open to full-time undergraduate and graduate students at East Tennessee State University. You must have a minimum 2.7 GPA and demonstrate financial need to be considered for this award. Preference will be given to students from Northeast Tennessee, Southwest Virginia, Western North Carolina and Eastern Kentucky.
