Description
The Jane B. Phillips Leadership Scholarship is available to adult students at least 30 years of age at St. Philip's College. You must be entering your second year having completed 24 but no more than 36 credit hours. Also, you must be an active student participant in the ACCD Student Leadership Institute program and have a minimum GPA of 3.0. Additionally, you must demonstrate financial need and community involvement to be eligible for this award.
