Description
The Sheila Tarr-Smith Memorial Scholarship is available to high school seniors in the Clark County School District. You must plan to attend the University of Nevada, Las Vegas full time and have a minimum 3.4 GPA. You must also plan to pursue a major related to public service and demonstrate community service and financial need to be eligible for this award.
