Description

The Educational Achievement Scholarship is available to entering freshmen and transfer students at Oklahoma Panhandle State University. Freshmen must have a minimum ACT score of 17 or a minimum SAT score of 920 or a minimum GPA of 3.0. Transfer students must have a minimum 2.75 GPA and completed at least 30 semester credit hours to be eligible for this award.
