Description

The Laverne L. Gibson Memorial Scholarship is available to students from Wood County, WV or Washington County, OH. You must be an entering freshman pursuing a teaching career preferably in special education. Also, you must demonstrate academic achievement, honesty, good moral character and involvement in extracurricular / community service activities to be eligible for this award.
