Description
The David A. Couch Memorial Scholarship is available to students pursuing a course of study involving massage therapy, physical therapy, or occupational therapy. To be eligible for this award, you must reside in Calhoun, Gilmer, Doddridge, Jackson, Mason, Pleasants, Ritchie, Roane, Wirt, or Wood counties in WV; or Washington County in OH. Also, you must be committed to the service of people afflicted with ALS or other neuromuscular or disabling disease through related volunteer or community service.
