The Neil B. Gutchess Scholarship is available to incoming freshmen at Tompkins Cortland Community College. To be eligible for this award, you must have graduated with a minimum GPA of 3.0, demonstrate financial need and be enrolled for at least 12 credit hours in each semester the award is made.
