The Suburban Contractors Association / Michael P. Castellano Memorial Scholarship is available to full-time students at the Pennsylvania College of Technology. You must be an employee or a family member of an employee of the Suburban Contractors Association. You must be a resident of Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Lancaster, Montgomery or Philadelphia County in Pennsylvania or New Castle County in Delaware or Burlington, Camden, Gloucester or Salem County in New Jersey. You must demonstrate financial need and academic quality to be eligible for this award.
