Illinois Special Education Teacher Tuition Waiver Award

Description

The Illinois Special Education Teacher Tuition Waiver Award is available to Illinois teachers or students who are pursuing a career in special education. To be considered for this renewable award, you must either be a graduating Illinois senior ranked in the upper half of your graduating class or hold a valid teaching certificate in an area that is not a discipline of special education. You must also be a resident of Illinois, enroll at an approved public four- year Illinois institution, receive certification in any area of special education, and teach in Illinois upon the completion of certification.
