Associate Degree Nursing Scholarship - Fort HealthCare Partners

Description

The Associate Degree Nursing Scholarship is available to students currently enrolled in an associate's degree nursing program. You must live or be employed in the service area of Fort Atkinson Memorial Health Services, which includes the school districts of Cambridge, Fort Atkinson, Jefferson, Lake Mills, Palmyra and Whitewater, Wisconsin, to be eligible for this award. You must also have completed at least one clinical semester in an associate's degree nursing program, have earned at least a 2.75 GPA for that semester, and demonstrate academic and financial needs. Preference is given to students with work experience in the health care field. Along with your completed application, you must also submit two letters of recommendation and your high school and college transcripts.
