The Keeper of the Dream Scholarship is open to entering freshmen students at the State University of New York, College at Fredonia. You must be involved in multicultural activities, leadership and community service. Additionally, you must have a minimum 3.3 GPA and rank in the top 10 percent of your graduating class to be eligible for this award. Recipients must reside on campus in a residence hall.
