Description
The Otis Smith Scholarship is available to students who are residents of Wayne, Oakland, or Macomb County. You must be attending the University of Michigan, Wayne State University, or Columbus College of Law at Catholic University of America to be eligible for this award. You must also be a single mother and demonstrate financial need.
