The Vincent Biscoglio Memorial Scholarship is available to graduating seniors from Berlin High School who have participated in Berlin UpBeat in their junior and senior years. You must have a minimum 80 grade average, demonstrate qualities of leadership, character and service to the school and community, and be recommended by the director of the UpBeat program to qualify for this award.
