Description

The Ryan Graham Memorial Scholarship is available to full- time students at Edinboro University of Pennsylvania. You must be an active member of Alpha Phi Omega and have completed at least 64 credits with a minimum 3.0 QPA to be eligible for this award. First preference is given to elementary education majors; second preference is given to all other education majors.
