The Laurence Douglas and Edna Davidson Chipman Scholarship is available to sophomore, junior, senior and graduate students at the University of Idaho. You must be majoring in engineering, have a minimum 2.5 GPA, and be a resident of Lemhi or Custer County to be eligible for this award. Preference is given to graduates of Lemhi County High School.
