Description
The Virginia Kaster Ennis Scholarship is available to incoming freshmen at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. You must be a graduate from Onalaska High School with a minimum 3.25 GPA. You must also have transferred to Onalaska from any other school district after the third Friday in September of your freshman year. Additionally, you must have participated in at least three extracurricular activities and one community activity to be eligible for this award.
