Description
The Helmer and Donald Strand Freshman Scholarship is available to incoming freshmen at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. You must be a graduate from Blair or Central High School and be majoring in exercise and sport science. You must also have an above average GPA and demonstrate financial need and leadership through extracurricular activities to be eligible for this award.
