Description
The William H. and Waneta Sedgwick Catey Scholarship is open to students at Eastern Illinois University. You must be a full-time junior or senior majoring in early childhood education, elementary education or middle school education. You must be a graduate of a Cumberland County or Clark County high school. A minimum 3.0 GPA is required. The award is issued in the fall.
