Description
The Celia Koontz Findlay Scholarship in Elementary Education is open to sophomores, juniors and seniors at the University of Toledo, College of Education. You must be majoring in elementary and/or early childhood education and have a minimum 2.5 GPA. You must also be a U.S. citizen and demonstrate financial need to be eligible for this award. Preference will be given to students who have past or current involvement with church-related activities.
