The Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) estimates that jobs in construction will increase by 4% in the next 10 years. Drive through any small town or major city, and you’ll find that there is always a need for construction laborers.
Construction laborers don’t just walk onto a job site, however. There is some education required beforehand, and just like any other continuing education programs, there are scholarships available to those pursuing coursework and a career in construction.
