JFCS offers need-based and merit-based scholarships for Jewish residents of Sonoma, Marin, San Francisco, San Mateo and Northern Santa Clara counties in California. They also offer below-prime loans for residents of these counties as well as the nine Bay Area counties. Emergency financial assistance (short-term loans and grants) for Jewish Bay Area residents in crisis is also available.
